About this request

We conduct exit interviews for mid-size clients and produce quarterly theme reports. Currently done manually. We need a Claude agent that reads a batch of anonymised exit interview transcripts and surfaces the top themes, sentiment patterns, department-level insights, and recommended retention actions. Output should be presentation-ready.
