Billing questions
Yes. Cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period — no pro-rata refunds on monthly plans, but annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
Each individual AI agent or tool you subscribe to counts as one skill. You can mix and match across categories — for example, one audit skill and two compliance skills on the Starter plan.
Yes — every new firm account gets a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan. No credit card required to start. You'll be prompted to choose a plan at the end of the trial.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the difference is charged on a pro-rata basis. If you reach your skill limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding another subscription.
