CV Scoring & Shortlisting Agent

About this request

We process hundreds of CVs per week across multiple client briefs. We need a Claude agent that accepts a job brief and a batch of CVs (as PDFs or text) and returns: a ranked shortlist with a score and 3-bullet rationale per candidate, a flag for any candidates that should be reviewed despite a lower score (unusual backgrounds), and a summary of the talent pool quality.
